We value accuracy over quantity. That's why we try to learn as much as we can about the problem. Our technicians run extensive diagnostics on the devices they service prior to attempting a repair. We don't rush our repairs because it's very easy to miss something so if you want it done super-fast then you'd best go to the mall and have it done and hope it works after you leave.

Throughout the repair we take special precautions to ensure your device is safe and secure. During the repair, your device (and our technicians) are grounded to prevent any Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) which can cause catastrophic damage to certain components.

We provide free delivery with all of our local repairs, simply let us know when and where! You can feel free to pay your final invoice ahead of time or at the time of delivery. We accept cash or card (crypto payments coming soon),
If you mailed in your device we will ship it back to the address from where it was sent via UPS. Your device will ship once we confirm final payment was received!
Once we have your lead in our system we will generate an estimate for you.
We mean it when we say we are here to serve you. Since we do not have a retail location we pass on the savings to you!
Once you have approved the estimate (and have paid the 20% deposit if required) we will then proceed to order any required parts and begin the repair process. We keep you updated with any relevant details along the way.
Now that the repair is complete we will notify you of the current status of your device. If you have any additional requests or if you'd like us to set up any services for you (like a VPN) just ask!
Your device has been repaired and is ready to go home! You'll receive a final invoice with any remaining balance via email. From here we will accept payment and coordinate delivery of your device!
